Students will work through a range of practical and theoretical tasks in order to provide evidence of their competency against the learning outcomes. This can be achieved through observation, questioning, photo evidence and written work. Students are also expected to assist and support in extra-curricular clubs to enhance their learning. They will need to keep a log of their leadership experiences and get these signed by supervising staff. |
