Filling in forms online

In order to register with us, we need you to have completed a range of forms by Friday 4th May 2018.

Our preferred method of obtaining this information from you is via our online admissions portal. To do this, please click here

You will need your child's Application Reference Number (supplied in a recent letter to parents) to enter the portal, and the email address that we use to communicate with you.

If you do not have an email address, or have not provided one to us, you will not be able to access the portal.

If using the portal, you do not need to download or print any of the forms on this page.

Filling in forms by hand

If you would prefer to download, print, fill in the forms by hand and return them to the school Reception, please click on the names of the forms above to do so.

Alternatively, please telephone us or pop in to Reception and we can provide you with printed copies.

All forms filled in by hand must reach Reception by Friday 4th May 2018.

Privacy Notice

With the Data Protection Laws changing and the GDPR coming in to force, please make sure that you read the Privacy Notice before filling in the forms so that you understand what information about students we share with others and why we do this.
