BFI Film Course

Some of our Sixth Form students have enrolled on a BFI Film Academy course and attended a session on Saturday morning.

The BFI Film Academy offers 16-19 years olds the unique chance to get involved in professional film making. This year three of our current students, Luca Robinson, Maddie McManus and George Maund all worked tirelessly for the past two months to write, produce, direct, film and edit a short film called, 'Sink'.

Working with industry professionals and other young people from around the local area, the students have had a glimpse of what working on a professional film shoot is all about and have given up their weekends to attend the course.
